We are in search of a qualified Manufacturing Engineer with a Mechanical or Industrial Engineering background and 3–5 years of manufacturing experience. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Key Responsibilities:• Create design and process changes to enhance quality • Participate in Lean manufacturing initiatives and audits • Analyze production methods for efficiency improvements • Liaise with suppliers and resolve manufacturing issues • Develop cost reduction strategies effectively
Requirements:• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering • 3–5 years manufacturing experience required • Proficiency in CAD and strong problem-solving abilities • Knowledge of Lean methods like Kaizen or Six Sigma • Excellent English communication skills
