We are currently seeking a
Production Worker
to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will support the production of windows and doors in a rapid‑paced environment while working under the direction of a Production Supervisor. Previous manufacturing experience is an asset, and experience in window manufacturing is preferred. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety‑focused, detail‑oriented, and able to adapt to changing priorities while supporting overall production goals.Primary Responsibilities
Follow safe work practices, company policies, and PPE requirements Follow established procedures and processes to ensure quality and timely production Operate manufacturing equipment and use hand tools as required Perform assembly and production tasks as required Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support quality standardsMaintain productivity while demonstrating attention to detail and quality workmanship Perform repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination Maintain cleanliness and organization within the workplace Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. as required Support a respectful and team‑oriented work environmentInspect products and materials to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards Ensure finished products are clean, properly assembled, and free from visible defects Adhere to standard production processes and procedures Read and interpret work instructions, production schedules, and technical documentsOrganize and prioritize workload effectively Demonstrate solid communication and teamwork skills Work independently with minimal supervision or collaboratively within a team Maintain good attendance and a strong safety record Qualifications and Required Skills
High school diploma or GED required Manufacturing or production experience considered an asset Experience in window or door manufacturing preferred Ability to read and use a tape measure Basic English reading and writing skills Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work in a physically demanding environmentDependable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Shifts and Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 2‑week rotation shift work – 7:00AM to 3:30PM and 3:30PM to midnight. Possibility of midnights depending on department of work. Overtime possibilities during the week or weekend, as the need arises. Compensation
Full‑time, Permanent. Pay: $22.75 per hour. Ability to commute/relocate: Strathroy, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required). Benefits
