Position: Administrative Assistant- Medical (Full Time/ Permanent) Salary: 23.00/hr for 40hrs/week Number of Positions: 1 Education: Completion of secondary school Essential Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent communication skills-written and verbalStrong problem-solving skills Decision making, interpersonal skills, time management. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Languages: Should be able to Read, Write and Speak English language Duties to be performed: As an Administrative Assistant- Medical your job description would be as follows: Oversee administrative duties at the clinic by coordinating with medical staff and patients. Scheduling appointments for patients and updating medical histories. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filling systems for confidential medical records Completemedical insurance, documents and claim forms.
