In this role, the Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for - Providing five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients, and being the welcoming face of the clinic - Manage the patient registration process, loyalty programs, and patient management system - Billing and Invoice management ( Jane System) - Maintain patient flow and room management - Manage online store and delivery of shipments - Use a variety of communication platforms and software - Work effectively both independently and in teams - Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality - Preferred background in business operations, customer service, management, sales, marketing, and MOA. Experience/Qualifications: - A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a medical facility or medispa (5 years required) - A minimum of 2 years experiance with Jane - A minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail Management (5 years required) - Outstanding communication and client rapport (Required) - Possess a professional demeanour, polished and poised in appearance - Strong Administrative skills - Outgoing and welcoming persona - Excellent communication skills (perfect English) - Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Instagram, Facebook) Education/Training: A high school diploma and post-secondary education are required. A bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred and or completed MOA.
