Asamaka Industries Ltd offers Qualified Engineering Services with a specialization in Electrical Design and Control System Integration. The control system is the nerve centre of the entire process, and we work hard to ensure that our solutions integrate every aspect of the machine or system. Throughout a project’s life cycle, we continuously focus on improving the efficiency of the process, electrical designs, safety requirements, quality requirements and operator interfaces. RESPONSIBILITIES - Design and develop simulation models for automation and robotic systems using industry-standard software. - Support virtual commissioning workflows by creating accurate digital representations of physical systems. - Collaborate with the controls and automation engineering team to validate designs in simulated environments before deployment. - Assist in the development and maintenance of XR and Digital Twin applications. - Document simulation processes, methodologies, and results clearly and accurately. - Learn and adhere to company processes, SOPs, and protocols. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE - Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field. - Familiarity with simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, Process Simulate, Visual Components, or similar platforms. - Basic understanding of PLC systems and automation principles is an asset. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly.
