As a member of the Retail Sales&Service team, you’ll support agency operations by driving sales for life, group, and wealth management products. This role involves client prospecting, making product recommendations, and overseeing compliance standards. Your ability to analyze client needs will help in optimizing product offerings across variousmarkets.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist in agency operations to achieve product sales goals • Conduct thorough client reviews focusing on various products • Carry out risk assessments and underwriting processes • Manage inspections for home, farm, and commercial products • Develop strategic marketing plans to enhance product reach

Requirements:• Possess a Life License; additional specialties may require more • Minimum two years of related sales experience preferred • Strong knowledge of insurance products and underwriting • Valid driver’s license required • Must maintain strict confidentiality of client information
