We are hiring a proactive and people-oriented

Contact Center Recruiter

to support our talent acquisition efforts in a high-volume BPO environment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our growing contact center operations.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for contact center roles, including agents, team leads, and support staff.

Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment events.

Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS All positive, and driven applicants are encouraged to apply. The Ideal candidates for this position are highly motivated and dedicated and should possess the below qualities:

Associate's Degree, Certification or Equivalent Combination of Training and Experience

1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO or high-volume environment.

Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.

Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.

Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
