Become an integral part of Cabot Cape Breton as an Executive Assistant to the General Manager. This role focuses on administrative excellence and effective communication. As an Executive Assistant, your primary responsibility is to support the General Manager and Vice President while coordinating daily operations at the resort. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in luxury settings, adept at multitasking and managing confidential matters. You’ll coordinate schedules, meetings, and documentation with precision. Key Responsibilities: • Optimize the GM/VP’s calendar and schedule • Arrange logistics for meetings and events • Manage correspondence on behalf of the GM • Provide comprehensive administrative support • Collaborate with the office team on projects Requirements: • 5+ years in an Executive Assistant capacity • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills • Discretion and professionalism at all times • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools • Adaptable working hours based on operational needs Support the operational excellence of Cabot Cape Breton with your administrative prowess.
