As the client services lead, you will be accountable for managing client accounts while ensuring adherence to KPIs and SLAs. Your experience will aid in client onboarding and performance evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:• Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients. • Execute regular performance evaluations and business reviews. • Ensure strict compliance with service agreements. • Work across teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. • Detect growth paths and service improvement opportunities.
Requirements:• 3+ years of client services or account management experience. • Strong skills in communication and relationship building. • Ability to analyze data effectively for client insights. • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously. • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
