Sr. Implementation Specialist, Payroll ADP is hiring a Sr. Implementation Specialist, Payroll. Your responsibilities include leading the payroll aspects of system setup and integration, ensuring quality implementation, training clients, and providing post‑go‑live support. What you’ll do: Responsibilities - Ensure quality implementation and setup of ADP’s WFN implementation methodology. - Analyze, configure, and understand the client’s payroll requirements to properly set up the WFN environment. - Conduct training, testing, and validation with the client before the first go‑live. - Oversee various accounts from project initiation through all phases of the implementation. - Manage project risks and escalations, resolving issues promptly. - Follow up on open project‑related items and maintain project task milestones and due dates. - Strive to achieve positive customer satisfaction outcomes. - Collaborate with customers and team members to achieve desired project results. To succeed in this role: Required Qualifications - Post‑secondary education or related business experience. - PCP certification (asset) or fundamental NPI courses. - 2+ years of experience in payroll or a related field. - Effective verbal and written communication skills. - Proven experience working directly with clients. - Exceptional client‑management and strong interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work independently, be resourceful, and a strong team player. - Proficiency in Excel. Quebec candidates: French is required for Quebec‑based roles, and English is also required for global interactions. Preferred Qualifications - Skillful at organizing, scheduling, and leading effective meetings. - Proficient at multitasking, probing, analyzing, and solving problems. - Meticulous attention to detail with robust follow‑through. - Excellent organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills.
