EXCEL Group Leader for HRCE Programs (Cape Breton Island)

Before school shifts typically begin at 7:30 AM, and after school shifts usually start around 2 PM, with potential for additional hours. Key Responsibilities: - Organize and lead daily recreational programs - Foster communication and support among students and staff - Work collaboratively as part of the educational team - Prioritize children’s safety and well-being - Arrive 30 minutes before the end of the school day Requirements: - At least one year experience with elementary children - High School Completion Certificate or equivalent - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Knowledge of recreational activities - Ability to work as part of a team Support the growth of children as a dedicated EXCEL Group Leader in HRCE programs.
