As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction by assisting with inquiries, delivering accurate product information, and resolving complaints. Your ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively will ensure that you meet company standards and improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:• Answer and address incoming customer calls • Offer accurate information regarding products and services • Efficiently resolve complaints and customer issues • Record all interactions in our CRM system • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups
Requirements:• Must be 18 years or older • High school diploma or GED required • Fluent in both English and Spanish • Strong communication and organizational skills • Preferred previous customer service experience
