Position Summary Job ID: 287328 Store: ON‑Upper Canada Mall (0516), 17600 Younge Street, Newmarket, ON L3Y 4Z1, Canada Full Time, Regular Position Responsibilities - Develop and manage the team; oversee daily operations at the Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio. - Ensure Beauty Studio coordinators are adequately trained to manage the studio and drive services daily. - Leverage technology innovations within services to provide an elevated in‑store experience. - Manage the Services online reservation system, publish beauty advisor availability and class dates and times. - Ensure staffing levels support smooth client flow and efficient check‑in processes. - Execute beauty advisor training for new hires and existing team members; facilitate orientation and selling model training sessions when possible. - Support Operations by ensuring merchandising concepts and sales floor visuals meet company standards; keep the sales floor neat, clean and organized at all times. - Execute visual merchandising flips and replenish inventory on the sales floor. - Ensure beauty advisors engage with all visiting brand representatives; ensure brand reps train and coach cast on products. - Provide feedback on brand training effectiveness when possible. Skills and Qualifications - Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong ability to influence business partners at all levels in a clear and concise manner. - Proven track record of creating teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service. Physical Requirements - Work in a fragrance‑filled environment. - Lift and carry up to 50 pounds. - Bend and stretch to stock shelves. Compensation and Perks Competitive base salary ranging between CAD$54,800.00 and CAD$68,500.00. Eligible for performance‑based bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits program including learning and development initiatives. The final pay offered will depend on experience, qualifications and other legitimate business factors relevant to the position and location.
