Data Entry/Track and Trace Clerk (Oldcastle)

Job Overview We are currently seeking two reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry / Track & Trace Clerk to join our team. Each candidate must be available days and afternoons. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering shipment data, monitoring loads, and performing track and trace functions to ensure accurate and timely updates for customers and dispatch. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, and familiarity with transportation logistics. Key Responsibilities: - Perform accurate data entry of shipment information, load details, and driver updates - Conduct track and trace on active shipments - Communicate with drivers and dispatch to obtain shipment status - Update internal systems and customer portals with shipment progress - Maintain accurate records of deliveries, delays, and appointment times - Assist dispatch and operations staff with administrative tasks - Ensure all data entered is accurate and up to date Requirements: - Previous track and trace or transportation logistics experience not required but considered an asset - Strong data entry and computer skills - Familiarity with trucking operations, load tracking, or dispatch software is an asset - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to communicate professionally with drivers and staff - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Reliable and punctual *AI is not used to review candidates* Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits: - Dental care - Extended health care - On-site parking - Vision care Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ou1h7
