Health and safety - Collaborate on CNESST and OHS files. - Participate on OHS and labour relations committees. - Help reduce risks and improve practices. - Ensure OHS compliance. Grow HR at Metal CN - Structure and improve processes. - Take part in engagement and retention initiatives. - Support employee development. - Keep HR files and follow-ups well organized. Desired Skills - Enjoys being close to people. - Does not wait to be told what to do. - Thrives in fast-paced SME environments. - Able to juggle multiple files at once. - Brings practical, down-to-earth solutions.
