The candidate must have experience in: - Corporate litigation; - Commercial & Civil litigation; - Conducting legal research; - Willingness to handle both Small Claims Court and Superior Court files; - Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail; - Solid legal, advocacy and organizational skills; - Mediation experience; - Court, trial and tribunal experience; - Confidence to manage files and clients independently; and - Bilingual in English and French would be an asset but not required.
