industrial, institutional, and commercial

Your Role As the true conductor of operations, you play a key role in planning and the execution of maintenance activities for our buildings and infrastructure. Your objective:
to ensure a consistent level of excellence in the preventive and corrective maintenance of our real estate assets.
Under the supervision of the General Manager, you will coordinate activities, internal resources, and suppliers, while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Your Responsibilities
Respond to internal service requests within the group
Follow up on agreements with suppliers (maintenance, ventilation, electricity, snow removal, etc.)
Plan and coordinate maintenance and repair work (minor and major)
Maintain and update a list of authorized suppliersEstablish priorities and manage work orders effectively
Supervise the work of technicians and subcontractors (electricians, plumbers, etc.)
Request quotes and recommend the best options
Ensure compliance with the Building Code and applicable standards
Manage commercial leases and tenant relations
Monitor costs, analyze needs, and produce performance indicators
Propose innovative solutions to optimize operating costs
Coordinate environmental aspects related to projects
Perform any other tasks related
Your Profile
3 to 5 years of experience in building electromechanics or maintenance
Experience in planning and managing maintenance programs (Preventive and corrective)
Strong analytical, prioritization, and work order management skills
Knowledge of maintenance inventory management
Organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy
Proactive and solution-oriented approach
Excellent interpersonal skills
