Estimator / Project Manager – Building Envelope (Terrebonne)

Job Title: Estimator Project Manager (Insulation and Building Envelope) Location: Terrebonne Job Type: Full time (40 hours/week) Sector: Construction Commercial, Institutional, and Industrial Projects Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 (depending on experience) Job Description Do you want to see the direct impact of your work on concrete projects? Main Responsibilities Read and analyze architectural and structural plans Perform quantity take-offs and prepare bids Manage client follow-ups and negotiate adjustments as needed Ensure technical compliance of the work Estimate extras, track contracts, collaborate with the delivery team Participate in project planning (mainly in the office) Desired Profile Minimum 3 years of experience in estimation and project management Relevant training (AEC, DEC, or BAC in estimation, architecture, or engineering) OR equivalent experience Proficiency in estimation software (e.g.: Plan Swift) Comfortable with MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Plan reading: essential Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills Driver''s license and car required Do you want to do more than just bids?
