Responsibilities

Give a warm welcome to every customer who comes into the store

Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer questions, explain products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other items

Be available in the fitting room for customer assistance

Meet and exceed personal sales goals (training will be provided)

Prepare, identify, and place products on the sales floor to create a memorable shopping experience

Ensure the store and backstore are clean and tidy

Keep up with new products and share recommendations with customers

Accompany customers to the cash register and process transactions

Respect and apply head‑office policies and procedures

Perform other duties as needed to support the team
