Description Customer Experience Associate– responsible for delivering exceptional customer interactions while efficiently handling financial transactions. You will advise clients on banking solutions and support a positive, inclusive customer experience.

In this role, you will

Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following standardized procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.

Understand and determine customer needs to recommend tailored banking solutions while exercising discretion with confidential matters.

Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard activities when necessary.

Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes in a timely and accurate manner.

Build personal connections with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes.

Promote a diverse and equitable work environment by supporting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.

Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on the status of routine activities.

Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.

Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet use.

Go‑getter who exercises initiative and maintains accuracy and detail orientation while handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.

Dynamic communicator with established customer‑experience skills who can connect verbally and in writing with diverse people in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.

Language Requirements Fluency in both French and English.
