Part-Time Nursing Clinical Instructor, Terrebonne

Enhance the nursing education landscape as a part-time Clinical Instructor in Heritage College's RN program. Support hands-on learning and guide students in their clinical experiences under expert supervision.

This role focuses on ensuring students gain essential nursing skills through direct supervision and evaluation. You will assist with skills labs, select patient assignments, organize meetings, and provide valuable feedback. Collaboration with faculty and communication with students will be crucial to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead student orientation and clinical instructor sessions • Assist students in skills labs and simulation exercises • Directly supervise and monitor students' clinical performance • Organize and conduct online pre-post conferences • Review, assess, and evaluate student progress and assignments

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; teaching experience preferred • Minimum 3 years Pediatric Nursing Experience • Fluent in English, both oral and written • Member of the College of Nurses of Ontario • Hold OIIQ license for Quebec placements
