Maintenance Worker - Building Maintenance, Terrebonne

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The welcoming Le Jazz Teasdale residence is looking for a Maintenance Worker. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Worker's duties include completing minor renovations, performing painting work, and ensuring the cleanliness of the building.

Temporary position to cover sick leave, day shift (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Occasional evening and night shifts may be required.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance of common areas

all other related tasks

Construction

Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required

Make service calls

Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)

Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)

CPR training (asset)

Painting experience
