Role : Tech Lead with C#/Python No of Position - 1 Overall – 12+ years JD:- 12+ years of overall IT experience with solid background in enterprise automation and platform modernisation Proven experience leading large-scale WinBatch or legacy automation migration programs to C# / .NET Robust hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, and Windows-based automation design and execution Deep understanding of WinBatch scripting and translation of WinBatch logic into scalable C# implementations Ownership of automation solution design, coding standards, logging, exception handling, and retry mechanisms Strong experience with MS SQL, including data modelling considerations and validation of automation outputs Working knowledge of Python for supporting utilities, scripts, or data handling where required Robust experience handling JSON-based inputs/outputs and configuration-driven automation design Ability to design and govern batch processing, file handling, schedulers, and service-based automations Experience working with CI/CD pipelines to support build, validation, and deployment of automation solutions Hands-on experience reviewing automation quality gates and static analysis outputs in CI/CD pipelines Strong proficiency with GIT repositories for version control, branching strategy, and release management Lead technical design reviews and ensure consistency across multiple PODs Guide developers and testers on automation standards, best practices, and reusable patterns Ensure functional parity and controlled behaviors during WinBatch to C# conversion Act as the primary technical interface with Humana stakeholders Provide technical risk assessment, mitigation plans, and delivery status to clients and leadership Ensure compliance with healthcare and enterprise governance standards Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models with multi-POD execution Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and decision-making skills Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2oj1t8
