Position Engineering Student – Thermal Analysis Location & Duration Sainte‑Anne‑de‑Bellevue office, Canada. 4‑month mandate (possible extension to 8 months) starting in September2026. Responsibilities Calculate temperature distributions and heat fluxes in space antennas and electronic equipment. Recommend modifications to designs based on thermal analyses. Select appropriate thermal protections. Generate analysis reports to demonstrate subsystem compliance with requirements. Generate thermal test procedures or reports. Required Qualifications Completed 90 credits of a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent) before the internship begins, with a cumulative average above 3.2/4.0. Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn. Desirable Skills Coursework in finite element analysis successfully completed. Knowledge of NX software. Bilingual in English and French. Security Requirements Successful candidates must obtain and pass a security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
