Job Title Project Manager – Marketing & - Digital Initiatives Reports to General Manager Type Full time About the Role We are seeking an autonomous, organized, and versatile Project Manager – Marketing & - Digital Initiatives to lead several strategic projects related to the company’s digital transformation, marketing, customer experience, and operational systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and executing cross‑functional projects in collaboration with management, internal teams, and external partners. Key Responsibilities Project Management & - Digital Transformation Lead multiple strategic projects related to systems, digital platforms, and marketing initiatives Coordinate internal departments and external partners to ensure project progress Develop and monitor project timelines, priorities, deliverables, and budgets Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and follow up on decisions PIM System Implementation Coordinate the implementation of the current Product Information Management (PIM) system Organize the collection, validation, and structuring of product data Collaborate with external consultants to ensure timelines and deliverables are met Participate in testing, workflow validation, and deployment preparation Website & - Digital Experience Coordinate the completion and launch of the company’s new consolidated website Consolidate feedback regarding design, structure, content, and functionality Collaborate with web partners to ensure a clear and consistent user experience Oversee testing, validation, and launch preparation stages Customer Portal & - Digital Platforms Participate in the evaluation of customer portal solutions and their integration capabilities Gather requirements from internal teams and contribute to recommending the selected solution Coordinate implementation, user testing, and phased platform deployment Marketing & - Brand Initiatives Collaborate with the marketing team to align and unify initiatives Collaboration & - Execution Work closely with management on strategic and operational priorities Coordinate external partners, including consultants, web developers, agencies, and vendors Identify issues, propose solutions, and ensure end‑to‑end project execution Candidate Profile Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, marketing, digital transformation, or operations Significant experience managing multidisciplinary projects and cross‑functional coordination Experience with projects involving digital platforms, systems, websites, or technology implementations Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication, project follow‑up, and stakeholder management skills Proactive, autonomous, structured, and solution‑oriented approach Experience with a PIM, ERP, CRM, or e‑commerce platform is a robust asset Knowledge of digital marketing environments and customer experience is an asset Compensation $65,000.00–$100,000.00 per year Work Location In person – Company office located at 21225 Rue Daoust, Sainte‑Anne‑de‑Bellevue Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2psrbq
