Position Summary We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner. This full‑time position involves developing and optimizing production schedules, supplier plans, and material replenishment models in a lean environment. The role focuses on continuous improvement and supports procurement, scheduling, and communication of lean tools across the supply chain. Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and integrate detailed production schedules and supplier plans in a lean environment to meet business goals. Implement, maintain, and improve material replenishment models, including visual Kanban and MRP systems. Understand and communicate value‑stream and supply‑chain capacity, constraints, and opportunities. Maintain relationships with internal and external partners such as suppliers, supervisors, team leads, logistics, warehouse groups, and associate planners. Coordinate procurement and scheduling of material to match production demands. Present lean tool applications such as value‑stream mapping and process mapping. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications and Experience Minimum three years in a lean manufacturing environment. Advanced computer skills including MS Office, ERP, WMS, MES, and reporting systems. Practical knowledge of lean manufacturing tools such as pull systems, PDCA, value‑stream mapping, process mapping, and Kanban. Knowledge of supply‑chain technologies including ERP, MES, and WMS. Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills, and presentation abilities. Strong aptitude in process improvement, problem solving, and taking responsibility for addressing issues with urgency. Collaborative mindset that involves team members in decisions and appreciates alternative viewpoints. Compensation Hourly wages range from $28.05 to $42.07. Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
