Accountabilities Contribute to the development and evolution of the talent analytics roadmap and strategy aligned with organizational priorities. Act as a subject matter expert in Talent Analytics, guiding stakeholders on the interpretation and application of data and insights. Define and establish enterprise talent benchmarks (internal and external) to provide context for performance and inform decision-making. Establish principles and provide guidance on the definition and use of key talent metrics, ensuring consistency in interpretation across the organization. Analyze workforce data across multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle (e.g., hiring, engagement, retention, performance). Lead 2‑3 in-depth talent analytics deep dives annually on priority topics delivering actionable recommendations. Act as a strategic partner to Talent Senior Management team, Talent Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence, supporting the framing of key workforce questions and delivery of data‑driven insights. Drive the integration of analytics into Talent processes and programs, enabling more consistent use of data in decision‑making. Explore and identify opportunities to leverage AI for more effective data visualization, storytelling, and automation of analytics workflows. Assist in designing a talent data literacy program to upskill members of the Talent team in interpreting and using data. Collaborate with partner teams (Talent Digital Delivery, Talent Solutions & Services) to uphold the operating model, including transitioning repeatable analytics outputs into self‑serve reporting and standardized metrics where appropriate. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in data analytics, experience in talent analytics, workforce planning, HR Strategy, or a related talent analytics field would be considered an asset. Excellent storytelling and data visualization skills – can translate insights into action for senior audiences. Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Ability to work with large, complex datasets. Familiarity with HR systems (Workday) would be considered an asset.
