This is a permanent position through-out the year (NOT JUST SUMMER EMPLOYMENT) Must be available to work during the week as well as weekends Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team in a quick-paced restaurant setting. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Take accurate food and drink orders, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food handling and service. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends, and holidays as needed.
