Health Educator for Community Initiatives, Northwestern Ontario (Red Lake)

We seek a motivated individual to be the contact for our Community Health Promotion team. This role combines independent and collaborative work to effectively manage local programming and ensure successful public health initiatives. Your collaboration with community stakeholders will be essential to meet local health demands.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage and evaluate health programs in the community • Build partnerships with local health partners and stakeholders • Adapt programming based on community feedback • Assess outcomes and report on health initiatives • Oversee health promotion projects from conception to evaluation

Requirements:• Diploma in health promotion or related field preferred • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Familiarity with health promotion theories and practices • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong background in community development
