Senior Manager, Distribution Strategy & Enablement (Ontario)

What You’ll Be Doing As Senior Manager, Distribution Strategy & Enablement at CIBC Global Asset Management, you will shape and execute key business initiatives across the Advisor Distribution business. You will provide analytical and execution excellence, lead the development and implementation of programs, and collaborate across the enterprise to drive results. Your role includes developing compelling business cases and recommendations, managing projects from inception to delivery, and partnering with multiple teams to ensure alignment with CIBC’s client‑centric philosophy. Strategy & Project Management – Lead strategic and tactical initiatives to accelerate the salesforce, develop business cases, assemble and manage project teams, collaborate on product positioning, maintain competitive intelligence, and manage delivery of products or services. Product Development & Management – Lead design and implementation of new products or enhancement initiatives, liaise with marketing for product content and positioning, maintain deep knowledge of product offerings, and participate in strategic product plans and operational support. Who You Are University degree in Business or Finance. Expertise in investment and mutual fund products, and familiarity with the regulatory setting. Experience in product management, product development, and project management. Exceptional analytical skills; CFA candidate or charterholder and Canadian Securities Course completion preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of the financial services industry, preferably in asset management. Highly motivated, flexible, results‑oriented, and comfortable working under time constraints. Strategic thinker who takes initiative with pragmatic implementation focus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
