About the Company A leading manufacturing firm in Oakville is seeking an HR Manager to join its team. This is an in‑office role that will begin as an individual contributor, with the opportunity to grow into a people‑management position. About the Role The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations at the Oakville site, reporting to the VP of HR. This is a hands‑on role responsible for recruitment and onboarding, payroll, employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits administration, and employee engagement. You will work closely with site leadership and corporate HR to ensure consistent and compliant HR practices while supporting ongoing organizational growth. The Offer The role offers a salary of up to $110,000, along with an annual bonus and a strong overall compensation package. Benefits include 3 weeks of vacation plus 9 holidays, comprehensive health benefits effective after one month, and a 5% pension contribution after two months. Employees also receive a $75/month cell phone allowance and up to $2,250 annually toward professional development. What You Bring You bring a minimum of 5 years of HR operations experience in a fast‑paced environment, ideally within manufacturing or a similar industry, along with a CHRP designation or being close to obtaining it. You have strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations, and HRIS systems such as Paylocity and Blue Marble. Experience supporting both Canadian and U.S. HR operations is considered an asset.
