We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Floral Designer / Studio Manager to join our luxury floral studio. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-end floral designs while also supporting studio operations, client experience, and contributing to the creative and brand development of the business. Key Responsibilities Design and execution of premium floral arrangements for events and daily orders Support and coordination of studio operations and workflow Management of flower sourcing, inventory, and supplies Assistance in planning and execution of floral installations and events Collaboration with clients to ensure high-quality design and service standards Support of social media content creation and marketing activities Contribution to creative direction and seasonal collections Providing guidance and support to junior staff when required Skills Requirements Minimum 3 years of professional experience in floral design (or equivalent experience) Solid creative and artistic ability in floral composition and design Experience in luxury floral, events, or hospitality environment is an asset Previous supervisory or managerial experience is an asset Experience with social media content creation and/or marketing is an asset Strong organizational and time management skills Solid communication and interpersonal skills Education in floristry, design, or related field is an asset but not mandatory Pay From $27.50 per hour Experience Florist: 3 years (required) Driving: 5 years (required) Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pyedj
