We are seeking a agile and experienced Crew Leader III/ TEAM LEADER/ to oversee and coordinate landscape maintenance projects, ensuring high-quality results and efficient team performance. In this role, you will lead a crew of skilled landscapers, manage daily operations, and uphold safety standards across diverse landscaping, lawn care, and horticultural tasks. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, promote best practices in gardening and tree care, and ensure client satisfaction through meticulous project execution. Responsibilities SAFETY - SPEED - QUALITY - RESPECT - ACCOUNTABILITY. Lead and supervise a crew of landscape technicians or one technician, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Plan daily work schedules for landscaping, lawn care, irrigation, gardening, and tree care projects. Monitor ongoing work sites to maintain quality control and adherence to safety protocols. Provide hands‑on guidance in horticulture practices, including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and pest management. Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional service. Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure proper use of tools for construction and landscape maintenance tasks. Support team development through training on landscaping techniques, safety procedures, and customer service. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related outdoor services with a focus on lawn care and horticulture. Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments. Strong knowledge of tree care practices and irrigation systems installation/maintenance. Familiarity with gardening techniques and general landscape lawn maintenance. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy equipment, operating machinery, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members.
