Retail Assistant Manager - Part-Time (Ontario)

Position Overview As a Retail Assistant Manager – Part‑Time at Store 4104‑Northgate Mall ‑ maurices – North Bay, ON, you will assist in supervising the store team, provide an exceptional customer experience, and support daily operations such as opening and closing the store. Responsibilities Assist in the supervision of a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers looking and feeling their best. Interact with customers on a regular basis and lead the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Strategize to achieve team sales goals and serve as a key holder, ensuring efficient and accurate execution of maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), including opening and closing the store. Provide training and direction to store associates, fostering a positive work environment. Participate in decision making and demonstrate initiative to improve store performance. Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures and safety guidelines. Qualifications At least 1 year of customer service experience; supervisory experience preferred. Ability to foster a team while creating a positive working setting. Experience in training and directing others. Ability to take initiative and participate in decision making. Demonstrated ability to achieve goals. Computer proficiency. Flexible schedule availability. Minimum age of 18 years.
