Mill Operator, Timiskaming North (Iroquois Falls A)

Position Overview Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the successful candidates’ primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Crusher operation

De-watering processes

Tailings management rounds

All other duties related to mill operation and as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

Have the ability to work rotational shifts as required to meet the business needs

Be physically fit, with the potential need to complete a Physical Demands Analysis

Be comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and performing physically demanding tasks such as handling heavy material and climbing ladders/stairs

Have successfully completed, or recently passed CAAT/DAT testing

Possess a valid G driver’s licence or equivalent

Schedule 2/3/3/2 rotating between days and nights (Kidd Operations reserves the right to modify working schedules as necessary, in accordance with applicable notice requirements and labor regulations).

Compensation&Benefits We offer a competitive wage and bonus plan complemented by a comprehensive range of benefits.

Wage will vary depending on experience, education and certification. Tier level ranges are $40.58-$43.04 hourly.
