As a passionate advocate for sustainable building, you'll lead hands-on training sessions aimed at equipping Indigenous participants with vital construction skills. The role is perfect for those who wish to contribute to the development of green skills among Indigenous communities throughout Canada. You'll work closely with a co-trainer to deliver impactful sessions in various locations.
Key Responsibilities:• Deliver hands-on training in residential construction • Collaborate on creating and adapting training content • Manage tools and training logistics efficiently • Engage with community stakeholders to promote training • Support participant outreach and engagement
Requirements:• Deep knowledge of energy-efficient building practices • A valid G driver’s license with travel capacity • Strong teaching and mentoring skills • Experience delivering group training sessions • Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools
