Parts CSR– Customer Service Representative
Weat ReadyQuip are currently looking to grow our team and expand ourorganization. In doing so, a Parts CSR is a key component to ourgrowth. We are searching for a dedicated, and self-motivated individual thatcan help bring ReadyQuip to the next level. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage the daily functions ofthe parts operations: including procuring, ordering, backorders, coreprocessing, pickups and drop-offs of parts to internal and external customers Process all orders including:phone, email, over counter Ensure customers’ needs are metin an efficient, knowledgeable and professional mannerMaintain the parts physical andelectronic inventory and assemble hydraulic hoses to the standards Process all core returns andwarranty parts Provide on call service onweekends for emergency parts orders and all other required functions of theparts operations as necessary Participate in safe work andenvironmentally sound behaviors and comply with company health and safety rules, policies andpracticesKEYQUALIFICATIONS
Post-secondary education and 3+years experience on a parts counter or inside sales role Technical/mechanical aptitudeand/or background in heavy equipment / truck equipment Customer centric with stronginterpersonal skills and relationship building capacity Exceptional communication andorganizational skillsAbility to effectivelyprioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment Self starter, independent and ateam player with a sense of urgency Computer and systems literatewith proficiencies with Excel and Word Must be willing and able towork flexible hours in support of the business needs Must have a clean driver’sabstractCHARACTER COMPETENCIES
Ability to multi task Critical thinking: using logicand reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternativesolutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems Judgment&decision making:display professional actions based on common sense and cost-benefit analysis Coordination: adjusting actionsin relation to others’ actions Leadership and persistence inface of obstacles Self-Motivated Plese send your resume to
