Automotive Service Advisor (Timmins)

*Job Summary* As a Service Advisor at our dealership, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring vehicle maintenance or repairs. Your role will involve assessing customer needs, recommending services, and ensuring a seamless service experience. *Duties* - Greet customers and discuss their service needs - Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance - Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers - Communicate service recommendations clearly to customers - Upsell additional services or products as needed - Liaise between customers and the service department to ensure timely completion of work - Maintain customer records and service history accurately *Qualifications* - Previous experience in automotive repair or mechanical knowledge is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients - Sales or upselling experience is a plus - Familiarity with dealership operations is advantageous - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting - Proficiency in cash handling procedures Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year Benefits: - Extended health care - On-site parking Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pd6bo
