Financial Business Partner - Assistant Controller, Timmins Region (South Porcupine)

In this critical finance role, you’ll report to the Operations Controller, supporting both Canadian and US operations. Your responsibilities include managing month-end closings, conducting variance analysis, and providing operational reviews. Key Responsibilities:• Complete month-end closing and inventory count processes • Analyze financial metrics with production and supply chain teams • Create financial models for operational analysis • Monitor capital expenditure requests and associated assumptions • Provide on-site financial support acrossoperations

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline • At least 3 years in a finance or accounting role • Extensive knowledge of IFRS principles • Experience with ERP systems, especially in manufacturing • Excellent analytical and communication skills
