Bookkeeper – Dental Office We are currently seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our busy and growing dental practice. This is a full time position in a professional healthcare workplace where accuracy, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills are essential. Position Details Position: Bookkeeper Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Timmins Responsibilities Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting functions Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank and credit card statements Prepare and process payroll Maintain accurate financial records and reports Track office expenses and budgets Assist with month-end and year-end financial procedures Work with accountants and management as required Ensure confidentiality of financial and patient information Support administrative duties related to office operations Qualifications Previous bookkeeping experience required Experience in a dental or medical office is considered an asset Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and time management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of payroll procedures and financial reporting What We Offer Competitive compensation Stable Monday to Friday schedule Supportive and professional work workplace Opportunity to grow within the practice Paid vacation and benefits If you are a motivated professional looking to join a friendly and established dental office, we would love to hear from you.
