Key Responsibilities:• Establish and evolve JLR’s cybersecurity framework • Assess risks and manage compliance audits • Oversee threat monitoring and incident responses • Optimize security toolsets and technologies • Mentor and build capabilities within the cybersecurity team

Requirements:• 10+ years of hands-on cybersecurity leadership • Proficiency in frameworks like ISO 27001 and NIST • Certification such as CISSP or CISM preferred • Strong background in risk assessments • Understanding of the AEC industry is advantageous
