Key Responsibilities:• Design and conduct engaging training programs on mining equipment • Support troubleshooting for Normet product-related challenges • Collaborate with management on training initiatives and customer interactions • Create and update HSEQ-related documentation • Advise on warranty investigations and technical analysis

Requirements:• Technical background in training or support roles • Familiarity with safety and environmental policies • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels • Focus on customer service and stakeholder engagement • Experience working with global teams across time zones
