Become a key player in supporting seniors at Seasons Care as a part time Registered Dietitian. Focus on nutrition and hydration needs with a compassionate, team-oriented team. Seasons Care is seeking dedicated Registered Dietitians to provide nutritional support in long-term care. You will engage in assessing dietary needs, creating individualized nutrition plans, and collaborating with residents and families. This role offers flexibility in hours through monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly visits. Key Responsibilities: • Identify nutrition and hydration risks for residents • Complete RAI assessments upon admission and quarterly • Develop and modify personalized nutrition care plans • Provide nutrition education and counselling to residents • Collaborate with the Nutrition Manager for enhanced dining experiences Requirements: • Registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario • Liability insurance and TB testing required • Robust communication and organizational skills • Experience with electronic medical records • Ability to work independently and in teams Bring your expertise and compassion to enhance the quality of life for seniors at Seasons Care.
