Become a key player in supporting seniors at Seasons Care as a part time Registered Dietitian. Focus on nutrition and hydration needs with a compassionate, cooperative team. Seasons Care is seeking dedicated Registered Dietitians to provide nutritional support in long-term care. You will engage in assessing dietary needs, creating individualized nutrition plans, and collaborating with residents and families. This role offers flexibility in hours through monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly visits. Key Responsibilities: Identify nutrition and hydration risks for residents Complete RAI assessments upon admission and quarterly Develop and modify personalized nutrition care plans Provide nutrition education and counselling to residents Collaborate with the Nutrition Manager for enhanced dining experiences Requirements: Registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario Liability insurance and TB testing required Solid communication and organizational skills Experience with electronic medical records Ability to work independently and in teams Bring your expertise and compassion to enhance the quality of life for seniors at Seasons Care.
