We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Cook with 3-5 years of experience, knowledgeable in preparing meals from scratch and cleaner standards. You will play a vital role in setting up serving stations, cleaning up after meals, and assisting the 1st Cook with various tasks. Strong communication and knife skills are key for this position.

Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and present a variety of meals for guests • Set up dining lines and ensure proper food replenishment • Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen area • Assist 1st Cook with record keeping and orders • Learn and adapt to 1st Cook responsibilities

Requirements:• 3-5 years as a 2nd Cook or equivalent role • Strong English communication skills • Excellent organizational abilities • Hold valid Food Safe Certification • Must physically handle lifting and extended shifts
