Production Operations Supervisor (Toronto)

We are supporting a confidential search for a Production Operations Supervisor within a well‑established and growing manufacturing organization. This role offers solid exposure to operations leadership, continuous improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities • Lead and supervise production technicians on the shop floor • Support day‑to‑day operations, including quality, safety, and SOP compliance • Handle production escalations and resolve issues in real time • Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Operations teams • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance • Lead through influence, working with experienced and tenured teams Qualifications • 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or regulated environment (pharma, food, chemical, etc.) • Engineering or Science degree preferred • Exposure to team leadership, shift operations, or project ownership • Strong communication skills and ability to manage team dynamics • Interest in continuous improvement and process optimization Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2nyqff
