Proven experience in gardening and landscape maintenance. Familiarity with operating power tools (lawn mower, trimmer, leaf blower) safely and effectively. Robust knowledge of plant care, weed identification Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physically demanding tasks at a fast pace. Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks. Drivers Licence with clean abstract, ability to drive a company pickup truck and trailer Winter snowplowing available.
