Senior Training Leader in Public Safety (Toronto)

Join the forefront of emergency services training as a Senior Training Specialist overseeing PSRN initiatives across Ontario. Lead training efforts for paramedics and other key stakeholders. In this senior role, you will deliver critical training for 9000+ Paramedics and other involved agencies, focusing on both technical and non-technical skills. Develop comprehensive training plans, oversee the creation of instructional materials, and ensure seamless integration of EHPMDB processes into training programs. Your leadership will guide training delivery that meets the unique needs of each CACC.
