Outside Sales Representative - Food Distribution (GTA) (Toronto)

Food Brokers Inc. is a growing food distribution company supplying premium specialty products to grocery stores and foodservice operators across Ontario. We are expanding our product portfolio and customer base and are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help drive growth in the Greater Toronto Area. This is a field-based role focused on prospecting, relationship building, and account growth. What You'll Do - Own and grow a sales territory within the GTA - Prospect new customers through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and networking - Build long‑term relationships with chefs, buyers, and store managers - Present and sell our product portfolio with confidence - Manage pricing discussions, promotions, and product launches - Grow existing accounts and increase order volume - Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM and digital tools - Work closely with operations and customer service to ensure excellent service - Monitor competitors and identify market opportunities What We're Looking For - 2+ years of B2B sales experience (foodservice / CPG / distribution preferred) - Proven ability to prospect and close recent business - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently - Organized with robust time management skills - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally - Comfortable using CRM and sales tools - Bilingual English / French is an asset Compensation & Benefits - Year 1 Base Salary: $60,000 (negotiable based on experience) - Year 2+: $40,000 base + uncapped commission - Realistic On‑Target Earnings: $80,000‑$120,000+ - Insurance benefits - Employee product discounts - Casual Friday culture - Long‑term growth opportunity within the company How To Apply Submit your resume and a short note explaining why you’re a strong fit for this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2of8sy
