Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 2–3 years Work location: On site (no remote option) Responsibilities
Check products for correct shapes, dimensions and other specifications Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment Cut, bend, roll, ream, punch, drill, weld or otherwise shape and form metal stock into parts or products Document work completed Investigate problems to fix or make minor repair Lay out, set up and operate one or more light or heavy metalworking machinesOperate presses or other forging machines to perform hot or cold forging to shape or form metal Position and adjust dies on anvil of forging machinery Position heated or cooled metal pieces on the die of press or other forging machinery Read and interpret specifications or follow verbal instructionsSelect and transport material to work area manually or using crane or hoist Experience and Specialization
Equipment and machinery experience: lifting device, micrometers, overhead crane, power presses, punch presses, CNC machines Metal forming or shaping operations experience: bending, cutting machine, flattening, forming, metal twisting Requirements
Physical: handle up to 23 kg (50 lbs), stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, physically demanding, work under pressure, attention to detail, fast‑paced environment, hand‑eye coordination Personal suitability: flexibility, judgement, organized, team player Transportation: own transportation requiredBenefits
